Kiosk software

The software for your
kiosk.

A point of sale built for the counter: scan the barcode, charge with the change already worked out, and the register closes on its own. QR catalog so customers see what you sell before they walk in.

No credit card. No commitments.

As an installed program or in the browser, whichever suits you.

It installs on the counter computer with its own icon and opens straight up, no need to look for the page. Or use it in the browser, with nothing to install.

Your data is stored in the cloud either way: if the machine breaks, you log in from your phone and it is all there.

This is your day with TapSit

Not mockups: these are the actual screens, exactly as you will use them behind the counter.

Before: you typed every product while the line waited.

Scan and charge

Run the scanner over the barcode and the product goes into the ticket with its price. The total updates itself and you charge with one tap. No scanner? Tap the product on the point-of-sale grid.

Before: you worked out the change in your head, sometimes short.

Change, calculated

Pick cash, type what the customer hands you and the change shows up large. Card or transfer is one tap, and it is recorded under the right payment method.

Change, calculated

Before: you found out something was missing when a customer asked for it.

You know what to restock

Stock goes down with every sale. The "To restock" button builds the list of everything below its minimum, ready to take to your supplier. Enter the purchase and the number goes back up.

Before: you counted the cash and had no idea if it was right.

The register closes itself

Open with the morning float, the system adds up sales per payment method and logs the day's movements. At close it tells you how much cash should be there, and how much is over or short.

Stick the QR on the door or on the counter. Your customers see your products with prices before they walk over, and you change a price in the system and it is already updated.

  • Prices always current: you change them in the system, not on signs

Questions

What kiosk owners ask us

What does kiosk software actually do?

It replaces the calculator and the spreadsheet: it records every sale, takes the item out of stock, works out the change and closes the register at the end of the day. Here the system does all four from the same counter screen, with nothing to copy over afterwards.

How do you pick the best software for a kiosk?

Look at three things before the price: that the catalog loads fast and not item by item, that the register closes with a reconciliation, and that it runs on the computer you already have. Miss one and the program gives you more work than it takes away.

Does it work with the barcode scanner I already have?

Yes: any USB or wireless scanner that types like a keyboard works with nothing to install. And if you scan a code you have not loaded yet, the system looks it up in a 72,000-product registry and creates it with its name and brand. You set the price.

Does the system invoice?

Yes. It issues ARCA electronic invoices with their CAE, and it also drives a Hasar or Epson fiscal printer if you already own one. It is built for Argentina: the subscription is charged in local currency through MercadoPago.
